Greek Chicken with Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives, and Feta

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Serving Size: eight

Ingredients

  • four boneless, skinless hen breasts minimize into bite-sized pices
  • 1/four cup flour
  • eight tsp. Greek seasoning Salt **
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 giant onion
  • 1 inexperienced pepper. cored. seeded, and sliced lenghtwise
  • three Roma tomatoes, minimize into eights
  • three T. Kalamata olives, chopped
  • three T. feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Dredge hen in flour combined with Greek seasoning
  2. Heat oil in a big skillet over medium warmth and add hen, sauteing for three to four minutes till cooked by means of
  3. Remove hen from pan and put aside
  4. Add onion to skillet and saute till tender (about 2 minutes). Add bell pepper and prepare dinner one other 2 minutes.
  5. Return hen to skillet and prepare dinner 1 to 2 minutes, sprinkling with remaining Greek seasoning. Mix in tomatoes.
  6. Remove from warmth, switch to serving dish and sprinkle with olives and feta cheese

** To make Greek seasoning salt, mix:

  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. dried mint
