  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 cups loosely packed kale or spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of protein powder. We recommend whey, however soy or pea protein are nice choices.


  • Blend apple juice, banana, loosely packed chopped spinach or kale, protein powder and berries
  • Add ice cubes for a thicker texture
