SOUTH PORTLAND (NEWS CENTER Maine) — Maine Kids Yoga was began by a pre-school instructor who had this concept that respiration exercises may calm her college students ever so barely; it did.

Now, Cayce Lannon has opened her personal studio referred to as Maine Kids Yoga, the place she spreads the advantages of yoga to the very younger.
